Research Vision

My research vision is to empower users to intuitively find relevant information they need amidst the fast-growing amount of information available on the Web and on Social Media. I aim to achieve this goal by establishing new relationships amongst diverse information objects thereby leading to recommendations users would otherwise not have found on their own.

Research Statement

My current research is focused on providing data analytics and AI solutions to alleviate the acute information overload problem facing research and health institutions in dealing with the fast-growing amount of diverse research objects and research related data on the Web and on social media. Thereby uncovering insights and enhancing the value gained from scholarly and health-related big data.
